Hi I’m Keith Wood, I’m a Personal Trainer, based in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, Scotland.
I specialise in working with busy, sedentary individuals on their health and fitness. With my in-person or online personal training.
Whether it’s losing weight, managing long term health challenges, or just feeling more confident in yourself, together we can find a way towards fitness that works around you. This all without gimmicks or restrictive eating.
Personal Training
1-2-1 or paired training if you want to reach your weight loss on your own with an expert in your corner, or with a friend or family member. But you’re new to exercise and want more feedback. Workouts and physical activity personalised to your ability and what you enjoy.
Online Personal Training
You might be intimidated by the gym? Perhaps your busy travelling for work and unable to go to the gym regularly? Maybe you want to have more flexibility by having full control over your diary of when or where you exercise? You can still reach your health and fitness goals while getting expert support, whether you have access to loads of equipment or none at all.

Why Train With Me And Not Some Other Coach?
- Because I have been in a very similar situation of not liking exercise. We will find exercises you enjoy and I won’t force you to do exercises you don’t like.
- I too lived a sedentary life for many years and spent many hours in front of screens. Together we can help you become more active within your available time
- I can relate to gym intimidation. Because I didn’t step inside a gym for many years for that very reason of being intimidated by the gym. So if you’re not comfortable joining a gym, you don’t have to. You can work out at home and still reach your goal.
- I didn’t have a clue what I was doing when I started my health and fitness journey. So I can understand where you’re coming from and I can help you learn what exercises to do, how to do them safely, and why you are doing them.
