About
Navigating through exercise and diet can be difficult when you want to lose weight. But have a busy office job, lacking time to exercise, and struggling with motivation. Imagine having endless energy, less stress, and feel more confident in your body. With the right methods and support, losing weight can be easier and take less time.
Diet isn’t only about the foods you eat, it’s also about your relationship with food. That you should be able to enjoy your meals free from guilt. Which often comes from following rigid diets which exclude foods.
Exercise should be something that fits into your life. Instead of spending hours a day working out. Exercise sessions should be challenging and leave you feeling good. While allowing you to be able to walk the stairs and not be too sore for days. Working out to increase strength and improve movement. So you move well and you’re independent.
Why did I get into personal training?
Growing up I wasn’t sporty. I lived a lot of my life seated looking at screens growing up with technology. So I understand how easy it is to be inactive. When I found fitness I started exercising at home which I carried on for several years. Like a lot of people, the reason for working out was wanting to look better. I struggled when I would start and stop exercise until I found the type of exercise I could stick to. Which is where I learned to stick exercise you need to move in a way that you enjoy.
We all start somewhere when we start an exercise routine and diet. I didn’t have a clue when I started, doing too many exercises and believing poor diet information. I wanted to help people with the knowledge that I didn’t have access to and how to put in place it in your life. To save years of trying to figure it out.
Like many people, some barriers prevented me from joining a gym. Which was finding them intimidating and believed that everyone knows what they’re doing. Who are all in great shape and would be looking at me judging what I would be doing. That was until I started using a gym when I studied my personal training course. I started to feel more comfortable in the environment easing myself into it.
My interests are getting outside for walks. Outside of fitness, I like of 80’s action movies, hard rock and metal music, pro wrestling, and video games.
