Supervised training sessions booked in at specific time slots in the Pure Gym Motherwell involving:

  • Feedback on your technique and exercise difficulty monitored in real time:
  • Contact between training sessions on text messaging or Whatsapp so that you’re supported.
  • Nutrition videos, and resources. So you can use them over and over, to gain an understanding of nutrition.
  • Accountability via a check in form for you to self reflect on your week, to keep you on track.
  • Exercise programmes are designed mainly for the gym.
  • Support and accountability when you go off track.
